Appointment Types

Appointment Types are ways to categorize the types of appointments that can be set up in a User's Personal Trace Calendar.  (Traces are reminders for Skyware System managers and Users. The personal tracing calendar allows managers to see what traces and appointments they have for a day or date range).

Appointment Types can be items such as "Personal Business", "Staff Meeting", or any categories you desire to define the different types of appointments your staff may have occurring at your Property.

You may edit the Appointment Types configuration to suit your Property at any time if you have the appropriate access/authorization, using the Sales and Catering Configuration sub-system. The Sales and Catering Configuration Menu area is part of the Property and System Configuration area of Skyware Systems.

The Sales and Catering Configuration commands allow you to utilize your Sales and Catering Module to its fullest potential and manage your functions or events in a concise, cohesive manner.
